Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern the contractual relationship between RDS Hub(RDS Technologies, sole proprietorship, based in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") making a purchase on the site. RDS Hub sells its digital products worldwide, with a customer base primarily in Burkina Faso and West Africa. Payments are accepted via Orange Money, Moov Money, MTN MoMo, Telecel Money, Coris Money, Sank Money, Wave, PayPal and bank cards.

2. Products and Services

RDS Hub offers for sale activation keys (software licenses) and access to premium subscriptions (including through team sharing systems like Canva Pro).

• Software licenses: Unless otherwise stated, keys sold are intended for first-time activation. RDS Hub guarantees the validity of the key at the time of delivery and for a period of 30 days for initial activation.
• Shared subscriptions (e.g. Canva): The client purchases a seat in a team managed by RDS Hub. It is strictly forbidden for the client to invite third parties, modify team settings, or use the service for illegal purposes, under penalty of immediate exclusion without refund.

3. Pricing

Our product prices are listed in CFA Francs (XOF), net prices. In accordance with the tax legislation in force in Burkina Faso, RDS Hub falls under the Micro-Enterprise Contribution (CME) regime and is not authorized to charge VAT. RDS Hub reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order Validation and Payment

The order is validated once payment is fully received. Payment is made online, securely via Orange Money, Moov Money, MTN MoMo, Telecel Money, Coris Money, Sank Money, Wave, PayPal or bank card (Visa, Mastercard), through our partner providers. By clicking "Pay", the Client firmly commits to paying their order.

5. Delivery

Delivery of digital products (keys, invitation links) is instant or near-instant. Once payment is validated, the product appears on the success page and is sent simultaneously by email. For more details, see our Delivery & Warranty page.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

As digital goods delivered instantly that can be copied or activated irreversibly, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the order is validated, in accordance with the provisions of the Burkinabe Civil and Commercial Obligations Code. Strict refund or replacement conditions are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Warranty and Liability

RDS Hub commits to providing functional products upon delivery and guarantees key validity for a period of 30 days following delivery for initial activation. Full warranty details are available on our Delivery & Warranty page. However, our liability is excluded in the following cases:

• Misuse of the product by the Client (e.g. downloading viruses, forgetting password).
• Deactivation of a software key (e.g. Windows/Office) occurring after successful initial activation, due to major hardware change (e.g. motherboard) or publisher policy update (Microsoft, etc.).
• Failure by the Client to comply with the terms of use of third-party publishers (Microsoft, Canva, etc.).

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&C are subject to the legislation in force in Burkina Faso, notably the General Tax Code and the Civil and Commercial Obligations Code. For clients residing outside Burkina Faso, the legal provisions of the country of residence may apply in addition to Burkinabe legislation. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first through our customer service. Failing agreement within 30 days, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Ouagadougou.
